We Are Currently Accepting New Patients
At Parkview Dental of Westfield, our goal is for your visit to be one of comfort and focused on your dental needs.
We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan that provides for your optimal dental health. With your cooperation, we will complete a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation.
First Visit
Your initial appointment usually will consist of a dental examination and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be started the same day, and we will go over all options for treatment and financials before getting started. However, a complicated or extensive treatment plan may require multiple appointments to ensure your safety and comfort.

Please provide us a 48 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Please see full policy below.
Also, please bring with you the following:

A list of medications you are currently taking.

If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms.

Driver’s license or current photo ID

X-Rays: If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please alert the office of all medical conditions prior to any procedures. Please also provide us a list of any medication that you are currently taking.
