We accept many major insurance networks, including:

• UnitedHealthcare / Dental Benefit Providers

 

Note: As a courtesy, our staff will assist you with filling out and filing claims for out-of-network insurance providers to ensure you receive maximum reimbursement.

 

Payment & Financing Options

• Direct Payment: We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been established.

• CareCredit® Financing: Convenient monthly payment options with zero- or low-interest plans. You can apply online at CareCredit.com or directly in our office.

• Custom Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available but must be arranged prior to the start of any procedure.

 

Billing & Electronic Claims

• Digital Processing: We file insurance claims electronically to ensure faster processing and response times (typically 4 to 6 weeks).

• Monthly Statements: You will receive a monthly statement reflecting any balance. You remain fully responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage limits.
