Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept most major credit cards, checks and cash, in addition to specialized financing plans such as CareCredit.

Please remember that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance and you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. You are responsible for all account balances. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated. We can offer payment plans but it has to be arranged prior to the beginning of any procedure.

As a courtesy, our front office staff will assist you in filling dental claims to insurance companies we currently do not accept. We will help coordinate the coverage benefits so that you can receive the maximum reimbursement from your policy for any of your treatment needs.

We file our insurance claims electronically and can send and accept electronic referrals to and from other specialists.
